    Family with children can find comfort here

    Had a fantastic view of the city from my room, it was like looking at a painting. The indoor pool was great, except it was freezing, but the kids loved it and I had to keep them entertained!

    Prices are a little high, but it's manageable.

    Location, hosbitality, free access to my favourit GYM(Fitness Zone).

    However my reservation through Booked.net was club room with sea view, they gave geniot sweet in low floor and you can see only the sourording old buildings.

    great staff but needs better management

    The staff provided really good service and were genuinely caring. The city view from my room was amazing. I appreciated the clean environment and thoughtful amenities that elevate comfort.

    Management seems to be lacking in organization.

    The staff was rude, only one in the reception others were okay, The ac was so so so bad, temp in the room more that 23c even after changing the room, the room is too old including the Club room. Highly not recomended
